We are delighted to announce new HIP Pilates (High Intensity Power) Workshop with Jane King on Monday 31 July (9.30 – 11.00) and Friday 4 August (9.30 – 11.00).
HIP Pilates for hardcore Pilates fans
HIP Pilates is aimed at raising your heart rate and improving overall functionality, strength, mobility and stamina.
It’ a class for our more hard-core Pilates fans who want to add a cardio endurance workout without losing the essence of the Pilates principles.
This 90-minute workshop with Jane will take you through a class structured to provide an all over body workout. Hand weights can be used to increase cardio endurance and recovery.
Progressive choreography is incorporated to improve balance and co-ordination. The inclusion of precise functional movement aims to improve strength and mobility.

High Intensity Power Pilates is the creation of Lisa Bradshaw. It is her vision to generate a more dynamic form of Pilates that combines the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout.

Pilates instructor Jane
Jane is a highly qualified Pilates Instructor, based at Shoreham Chiropractic Clinic, and with over 15 years’ experience. She has an infectious enthusiasm for Pilates so consequently her classes and sessions are always rewarding.
