As part of our ‘Get Moving Shoreham’ campaign we have launched a FREE walking group to help everyone get started.
Walking is great for your health and well-being but with our busy lives we often don’t make the time to do it.
Let’s Get moving
Join us every Monday at 2pm for a 30-minute walk around the local area, starting from the Shoreham Chiropractic Clinic.
All are welcome including patients, non-patients, dogs, pushchairs and all fitness levels.
No booking is required, simply come along to the Clinic and enjoy some pleasant gentle exercise with a friendly walking group.
The walking group will be led by one of SCC’s chiropractors, Helen.
