Jane has been a sports/deep tissue masseuse for sixteen years and is a qualified as a body control Pilates teacher. She enjoys the attention to detail and the precision of the controlled, yet fluid, body movements that Pilates focuses on. Jane believes this attention to how our bodies work and feel is important and is an excellent regime/therapy to ensure that you stay or become active, strong and hopefully happier in yourself.
Micaela, known to all as Miki, has a Doctorate in Chemistry (Sardinia, Italy) but found her true vocation in helping people recover from injury or postural deficiencies through Pilates.
Having had a successful sporting background herself, a third degree black belt in judo, she has qualifications in Aerobics, Spinning, Aqua and Yoga. Miki has been teaching Pilates since 2003 and is a recognised Level 4 Instructor and is one of the leading Pilates instructors in Sussex.
Lenka is a qualified Pilates instructor with specialist training in and personal experience of ante - post natal exercise, being a mum of a lively toddler. Passionate about healthy lifestyle, pilates, fitness and working with expectant and new mums, she is committed to helping you discover your own inner strength, enhance your physical performance and enjoy healthy movement in everyday life through Pilates.
After gaining A BSC in Sports Science from Greenwich University she started working as a Fitness Instructor and then went on to manage and develop a GP referral scheme in Hackney. She trained as a Pilates Instructor 9 years ago after finding it helped her to maintain and recover from old sporting injuries. "I love Pilates as it helped me to understand the importance of body awareness. I am also using Pilates to recover from an injury I sustained in my tummy after the birth of my daughter". Jenny has taught Pilates for 7 years in London and Brighton. My classes are detailed at first to help the client understand and embody the basics of breath, movement, engagement, posture and flow. This gives a solid foundation for continuing classes.
Originally trained as a personal trainer, Kay has worked within a gym environment, instructing classes, and as a personal trainer on a 121 basis.
She is enthusiastic and passionate about Health & Fitness, personally attending various fitness classes and also enjoy cycling and running. Clients find her sessions enjoyable, relaxed and also come out energized with a sense of achievement. She has worked with people with disabilities, clients recovering from injuries and individuals looking to improve fitness or posture.
Kay is R.E.P’s Level 3 Personal Trainer. Pilates instructor, and also has qualifications in sports nutrition, weight management, postural correction and Pilates for pregnancy.
Diana decided to train as a Yoga teacher in 2002, qualifying as a Hatha yoga instructor in 2010 with Yogahaven. Diana has topped up her training in India and New York with some of the most recognised yoga teachers, spending time learning directly from them.
Another love along side yoga for Diana is food. Running Blini Catering, providing vegan/vegetarian food for Yoga retreats, yoga teacher trainings and general events.
Diana also runs our popular Yoga for Lower Back Care course/programme that has extensive research behind it from the University of York and is recognised and accredited by Arthritis Research UK and The British Wheel of Yoga. It’s success extends to being a part of the NHS in Cornwall.
Rebecca teaches Vinyasa , Hatha and Restorative Yoga at all levels, She is a Yoga Alliance registered Teacher (300 hr +) and has been a regular teacher in Steyning, Worthing , Horsham and Shoreham, teaching a variety of styles including Dynamic Vinyasa Flow. Her approach to yoga is that of sharing the ability to self-heal, both physically and mentally through a self-regulating physical practice, using this ancient art of movement of the body and breath.
